Mentha aquatica

Large Leaf Aquatic Mint is a favorite with water gardeners because it is delightfully fragrant, and produces miniature lavender-pink blooms that attract many butterflies. The leaves are ovate to ovate-lanceolate and measure 1-3 inches. The plant grows in sun to part shade in moist soil or water to 2" deep. The foliage can be used in teas and jellies.
